Not for nothing, this is one of my favorite essays of yours that I’ve read. Whatever this is, keep following it. ❤️

As a 90s girl who is SO easily embarrassed by caring about anything or sharing anything private, I really felt this. I spent years hiding the fact that I wrote, let alone putting any writing out first people to see, and now I don’t do it at all anymore. I’m in awe of your ability to share the messy stuff even if it feels cringey.

I really enjoyed reading this. Life is so messy, but that doesn’t mean we should opt out. I’m glad you’re still seeking.

This essay was beautiful. I saw Maggie last year and I have never seen a performer embody genuine joy the way she does when she’s on stage! I believe with my whole soul that she cannot believe she gets to perform and write music for a living in the happiest way. I love her!

Right? She is incredible. Unlike anyone I've ever seen.

This is beautiful—love the idea that some years turn you upside down. I also love reading about people’s rituals, I find it soothing and it also encourages me to not be so embarrassed about my own.

Same! I love it when people are a little weird!
